Potato Pancakes

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

  1. Grate potatoes with onion in a large bowl until very fine, drain off excess liquid
